Accounting Services for Non Compliance
When you are not eligible for CFO Services, you will be downgraded to Accounting Services.
Accounting Services is a period that allows you the opportunity to meet the CFO on the Go Terms of Service.
Accounting Services for Non-Compliance
Excessive or continuous non-compliance will result in your CFO Services being downgraded to Accounting Services.
CFO Services may resume if all terms of services are met before September 15th of the tax year.
CFO Services
The following CFO Services will continue during the 90-day Accounting Services period.
- Monthly Karbon requests
- Verified Bookkeeping Rules
- Bell Solutions will download statements that a login has been provided for.
Accounting Services do NOT include:
- Compliance Discounts
- Weekly Bank Feed Maintenance
- Document Control, including Uncategorized Transaction reporting.
- Monthly reconciliations
- CFO Support
- Financial or tax planning/reviews
- Assistance with audits, lending grants, or other financial reporting requirements.
- CFO Meetings
- Year End. Instead All records provided will be available within your QuickBooks Online for your tax preparer to access at their convenience for income tax processing.
Support Services
The following Support Services will continue during the 90-day Accounting Services period, providing that compliance and terms of services are met.
- Payroll Support Services
- Sales Tax Support Services
- Contractor Support Services
The following Support Services are NOT available with Accounting Services:
- Income Tax Services
- 1099 Services
- Tax Planning Services
Tax & Audit Ready
To Save Money & Ensure Accuracy:
- Send your receipts weekly. (Notes are not receipts.)
- Send, or provide online access to, your business account statements each month.
- Never enter, or edit, cash transactions in your QuickBooks system, even if your app tells you to categorize transactions.
- Never alter the settings in your QuickBooks system.
- Notify Bell Solutions when new users need access to your system.
