Effective March 1, 2025, Bell Solutions Payroll Support Services are expanding. To meet the needs of small business and maintain compliance with many upcoming changes, we will be offering three options for Payroll & Compliance Support.
QuickBooks changes to automated payroll tax withdrawals are in effect. As of January 2025, Inuit changed how QuickBooks handles automated payroll tax withdrawals. Instead of withdrawing payroll taxes when due, payments are withdrawn every time payroll is processed and when there’s an increase in taxes owed.
With Spring Meetings behind us, we want to turn our focus to mid-year reviews and make sure your year-to-date finances are tidy!
During the months of June and July we will be conducting audits and let you know if any concerns or considerations for the second half of the year.
Reminder: Small business financials and supporting documentation must be current for mid-year reporting and tax planning.
2025 has been a unique year filled with twists and turns, presenting both opportunities and hurdles to navigate. The half-way point of the year is a great time to make sure you have business matters in order for the second half of the year, and the upcoming tax season.
